Chuchos MTY Roasted Corn

The elotes are So GOOD! the customer service is excellent which makes the food taste even better! This will be the only elote stand I go to, they allow you to add as much chile as you want and it's so delicious and hot! It's clean and service is fast! 10/10 recommend!!

I have been to hundreds of eloteros but none have been as good as Chucho's. The corn will always be fresh and there are toppings available for you to use to your liking. His homemade sauces are amazing and he treats you like family. There isn't much more that you could ask from a corn business. This place checks all the boxes.

The gentlemen are always so welcoming and kind. The corn is actually corn straight from the cob and not canned. Have both mild and spicy chile options.

The food tasted great, but never before have I had stomach issues after an elote. Personally I won't be going back, but not due to any bad tastes, service, or wait time. It's located on the side of a road, so it's loud, and there isn't seating.

I recently visited Chucho's Roasted Corn and had an excellent experience! The owner was super nice and welcoming. I tried the small cup for $5, and it was amazing. The food was delicious, and the portion was just right. They also have shaded tables where you can sit and enjoy your meal. The food truck is very clean, and the overall atmosphere is great. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect food. This place has true authentic taste, flavors are blended perfectly. You have to treat yourself to this as much as possible, this is so good. I've scoured the area looking for corn, this is the place!!! Great Job brotha, thank you. Will always come back

Hands down the best corn I’ve ever had!!! The corn is always fresh and sweet!! Got the corn on the cob and the homemade sauces the owners makes pair amazingly with the corn. The mild sauce it pretty spicy, but tolerable if you’re used to eating spicy stuff. They offer corn on the cob or in a cup. You do have to prepare the corn to your liking!!! I personally enjoy this as I can control how much spicy sauce or powder I put on my corn. They also offer to go orders by calling them!!
